1) Seeds of Faith Christian Academy (SOFCA) Fees

All application, registration, enrollment, and tuition payments made to Seeds of Faith Christian Academy (SOFCA) are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing by SOFCA.

• Application Fee: Non-refundable (includes processing).
• Registration and enrollment fees: Non-refundable.
• Tuition and other school-related fees: Terms are provided at the time of enrollment and may include additional policies specific to the school year.

2) Church Giving & Donations

Contributions given to Seeds of Faith Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. (including tithes, offerings, and designated funds) are treated as donations and are generally non-refundable. If a contribution was made in error (the wrong amount or a duplicate transaction), please contact us promptly so we can review the request.

3) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We will work quickly to help resolve any issues.
